Adapt to Change and ‘EVOLVE’
The theme of ‘EVOLVE’ for the month of February was ‘Adaptability’. The theme was chosen in synchronization with the changing times which are affecting the businesses around the globe and subsequently individual career objectives.
The event came to an end with a musical parody to sum up the show in a lively yet informative fashion.
The team members were asked to dress up and present themselves as famous personalities who have either pioneered or supported change. Array of team activities were organized where each person was asked to take over the role which was new to them and thus their adaptation skills were honed. A Power Point presentation brought forth the qualities which must be inculcated to empower each one of us to adapt to change.
